Candy-shaped pasta with a wild boar filling and dough spiced with saffron.

  • Details

    To cook:
    Place a pan of salted water on the stove. When boiling, lower the heat source, add the pasta and cook for 6-7 minutes.
    Drain and serve immediately with melted butter, sage and parmesan to allow the flavour of the meat to come through.
