Girasoli con Zucca e Salvia
Red and yellow coloured ravioli with a pumpkin and sage, with ricotta filling. Perfect for vegetarians.
Place a pan of salted water on the stove. When boiling, add the pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Drain and serve immediately with melted butter, sage and parmesan to allow the flavour of the tomato and mozzarella to come through.
