Square ravioli with a filling of creamy gorgonzola (blue cheese) and walnut pieces.
To cook: Place a pan of salted water on the stove. When boiling, add the pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve immediately with melted butter, sage and parmesan to allow the flavour of the walnuts and gorgonzola to come through.
