Tortelloni Fichi e Prosciutto Crudo
Folded ravioli with a filling of prosciutto crudo (dry cured ham) and figs.
To cook: Place a pan of salted water on the stove. When boiling, add the pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve immediately with melted butter, sage and parmesan to allow the flavour of the ham to come through.
