Handmade ravioli with a spinach and cheese filling. The cheese will melt when cooked to create a fondue-like filling. Perfect for vegetarians.
To cook: Place a pan of salted water on the stove. When boiling, add the pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve immediately with melted butter, sage and parmesan to allow the flavour of the spinach and cheese to come through.
