Bright green egg pasta shaped in a beautiful ring, coloured with spinach and filled with fresh Asparagus and Mozzarella di Bufala. Suitable for cheese lovers (and vegetarians)


Cooking instructions: cook for 5/6 minutes in an open pan with almost boiling water.

Separately, melt 40gr of butter (infused with sage) - or warm up some extra virgin olive oil with garlic. Drain well and and serve hot with the melted butter or oil drizzled on top of the past on your plate.


Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!


Each portion contains approximately four ciambelle. One portion is sufficient for one person with a big appetite or two people with a small appetite.

  • Ingredients for the pasta: 00 flour, pastorised eggs, spinach.

    Ingredients for the filling: Artisan. ricotta (la Cotta), Parmiggiano Reggiano DOP (30 month old), potato and salt.

    Allergens: possible traces of fish, crustaceous, celery, walnuts, or soya.
